How much will my team order cost?
Start with the current price on each product page. Your total depends on the products and quantities selected, plus shipping and any applicable taxes at checkout. For help planning a group order, request a team quote.
Is there a minimum order? Can I order a sample?
Before planning a small order or sample, send us the product and quantity you have in mind. We can help you check the available options for that item. Ask about quantities and samples.
When will my order arrive in the U.S.?
Most made-to-order items have an estimated production time of 2–7 business days after confirmation. Timing can vary by product, personalization and order volume. Transit is additional; shipping options and delivery windows are shown at checkout for your destination. If you have a deadline, ask us before ordering. Read Shipping & Returns.
Can players have different names, numbers and sizes?
Prepare a roster with each member’s details and use the personalization options available for your chosen product. Check every member’s spelling, number and size in the order review. See how team ordering works.
How do I choose sizes and check the fabric?
Use the selected product’s description and size chart; fit and fabric can vary between styles. Measure each member instead of relying only on a usual size label. Read the measuring guide.
What if I need help with my design?
Tell us your sport, preferred product and what you want to personalize. You can ask a question before preparing a full roster or final artwork. Get help with your team order.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
Personalized items cannot be returned for preference changes or incorrect customer-provided details. For damaged, misprinted or defective items, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery; shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours. Eligible issues may receive a replacement or full refund. Can I place a repeat order for new team members?
Keep your product and previous order details available, and check current product availability before ordering again. Contact us for help with a repeat order.
